Give your business a one-of-a-kind lead magnet that your prospects, margins, and calendar will love.

Though I didn’t note and can’t recall which episode of the “Request for Startups podcast” this is from (it might be one of these), some advice that stuck out to me was to listen less to VC’s and founders and more to the market/potential users. I assume this comes from the notion that there may be some sort of mimesis within these VC/founder communities that does not always have a good noise to signal ratio, whereas if you spend more time understanding the mechanics and pain points in certain industries you are more likely to get insights that are useful and worth working on.

StratupAI Idea: AI-Powered Lab Assistant

“A startup idea in the science industry is an AI-powered lab assistant. This assistant would utilize artificial intelligence and robotics to automate various laboratory tasks such as sample preparation, data analysis, and experiment monitoring. Researchers could rely on this AI assistant to streamline their workflow, increase experimental accuracy, and accelerate the pace of scientific research.”
